Never miss a product event again with the Event Calendar

An effective product overview is essential to provide clients with the best possible support for their investments. Which structured products are in my client portfolios – and are there any for which there is an upcoming product event, or for which an event recently occurred? Are there certain products that need attention? The new Event Calendar feature in deritrade has been developed to simplify the lifecycle management of structured products and, thus, to answer those questions. Product-related events can now easily be displayed in a single dashboard.

What exactly does the new Event Calendar feature offer?

The Event Calendar can be selected from the main navigation menu and pops-up on the left of your screen. Configuration is similar to an Outlook calendar. So, it is possible to view current product events, as well as past and future product events. That means no product event is missed and timely action can be taken. It is possible to enter a pre-defined period in the calendar for which all relevant events are displayed.

Directly underneath the calendar, it is also possible to search for specific events using a quick filter. Are you only interested in barrier events? Or rather in early repayments? The filter is easy-to-use thanks to the respective checkboxes.

Thus, the new Event Calendar feature provides you with a good overview of all products and product events which need to be considered. But that’s not all: deritrade also offers further features.

Below the checkboxes for the quick filters, you will find further filters. Here, for example, you can search for specific products (ISINs) or product groups, barriers or issuers of products.

Good to know

In addition to introducing the Event Calendar, we have renamed two features:

• The “Lifecycle tool” is now “Product overview”
• The “Overview” is now “Dashboard”

A look to the future

In order to improve user friendliness and to offer deritrade users even more useful features, we will continue to focus on further developing the platform. Soon, for example, it will be possible to export the new Event Calendar. Also, we are currently working on a feature which will enable you to view potential rollover opportunities or recovery products.
