External issuers LUKB and SocGen extend their offering

We are delighted to announce that our partners are now equipped to offer the following features:

Published on 30.10.2025 CET

Luzerner Kantonalbank: Offer to Professional Clients

  • Professional Offering is now enabled for all available product types by issuer LUKB: (Barrier) Reverse Convertibles with/without Autocall/Issuer Call and Conditional Coupon as well as Dual Currency Notes. On deritrade, this offering type can be chosen by selecting investor type “professional”
  • The securities may not be offered in Switzerland to anyone except professional clients and/or may not be offered to clients in Switzerland who are considered private clients. See further information and specifications on deritrade under “Offer to professional clients” and the legally binding terms (final terms) by issuer LUKB

Societe Generale: Secured notes with collateral

  • Secured notes by Societe Generale are benefitting from collateralization. Secured notes are liabilities excluded from bail-in and are collateralized at a preset percentage of the market value (Mark-to-Market, MtM) of the note. On deritrade, collateralized products can be chosen by selecting “Collateralization” (currently Vontobel and SocGen are the only issuers providing this service via deritrade)
  • SocGen is collateralizing all products on deritrade by default going forward, which will be indicated accordingly when requesting a quote. By doing so, SocGen can profit from certain (internal) balance sheet advantages, allowing SocGen to improve their pricing. See further information and specifications on deritrade under “Collateralization program - Societe Generale” and the Termsheet by issuer SocGen.
