At the Goldman Sachs Technology Conference on September 10, Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang described cybersecurity as “likely the next major use case of AI”, highlighting that AI-driven software development is expanding attack surfaces and increasing the need for AI-native security solutions. A new investment cycle is emerging, supported by growing enterprise AI adoption and increasing security budgets. Strong earnings results from leading players such as CrowdStrike and Palo Alto Networks confirm robust demand and continued growth.

M&A activity and private capital investment are accelerating, highlighting strategic interest in the sector and confidence in long-term growth prospects. Additionally, market performance has been exceptional with cybersecurity ETFs up more than 50% YTD, reflecting strong momentum but also implying higher valuations and volatility.
